Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Wash the potatoes, then cut them into long, thin pieces
  3. Put the chips in a deep bowl or container, drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings, then toss them around to get them evenly coated
  4. Spread the chips onto a baking tray and cook for ~30 minutes, until golden-brown
